Ordering
Orders are processed within 48 hours, where stock is
available. Please Note: your credit card details may not
be secure using the internet or email.
Payment
If you are paying by credit card, please include your card
number and expiry date. Your card will only be charged when your order is shipped.
Any items on backorder will only be charged to your card as they are shipped.
Please ensure sufficient funds are available for your entire order.
If you wish to make payment by cheque or bank draft,
full payment in advance is required and
your order must be posted with your payment enclosed.
Delivery
A signature will be required when textbooks are
delivered. Normal deliveries will be made via Australia
Post and courier deliveries will be made via Australian
Air Express.

Out of Stock Items
Goods not supplied will be
placed on backorder and forwarded to you as soon as stock
arrives. There will be no additional postage/freight
costs. Returns
Prior permission must be obtained.
Textbooks may only be returned for credit within 4 weeks
from date of delivery where enrolment changes occur, or
the book is misbound or has been wrongly supplied. Freight
charges for all returns remain the customer's
responsibility.
Textbooks containing software and/or software
packages must remain unopened and all returns
must be in an unmarked condition. If a refund is
required, your request must be made in writing.
